Compliments, really?

Saw this in every taxicab when I was in Chicago announcing a 50-cent fuel surcharge for every ride. I don’t know if you can read the words at the bottom, but it says “Call 311 for compliments or complaints.”

It made me laugh: “Marge, I LIKE the fuel surcharge. Let’s call and tell them.”
